Created challenging, thought-provoking assignments to widen students’ perception of drawing and build a body of personalized work. Organized out-of-class field trips to view art in the New Orleans area. Oversaw students’ individual development, provided pointed feedback, held critiques. Developed class syllabi and made PowerPoints covering historic and contemporary artists, art movements and the wide uses of drawing mediums. Assigned readings, facilitate group discussion, reviewed student reflective writing assignments.
